French Art Deco Sterling Silver Enamel Synthetic Sapphire Diamonte Paste Brooch
Early Fine ART DECO French Sterling Silver Black Enamel, Synthetic Sapphire & Diamonte Paste Brooch. This is an outstanding example of French Art Deco jewelry. Brooch is comprised of paste stones and appear original to the piece. Accented with synthetic blue sapphires and black enamel both of which are in great antique condition. The backside has a small French hallmark. Brooch measures 2 1/4" x 1" and weighs 19 grams(images have been enlarged to show detail). The original trombone clasp is missing the articulated portion and now functions as a C-Clasp closure.
